They give a good haircut but the staff sucks. Tried to get the owners number but he referred me because he had to many clients and wanted his staff to build their clients. Understandable so I got his employees number (Dante) hit the guy up muiltiple times either wouldn’t answer or always said he didn’t have time and would never schedule an appointment with me I wish I was making this up cause I use to love going there but I gave up on the place.

I’ve been to most of the barbers in the area, Nots has definitely become my go-to. For Haverhill, this place is a diamond in the rough. The barbers are professional and friendly, and the place is generally pretty busy. Always good to call ahead here, because they seem to book up quickly.

So I have been a customer of knots for a while now. Before I would come in on my day off and be a walk in. Until last Tuesday all of a sudden I needed an appointment. Which I understood and scheduled a week later. My appointment is at 11. I showed up at 11:07. He tried to tell me he called someone else to come down. Obviously I was dumbfounded. He tried to compare it to bring late for a Dr’s appointment. Which is ridiculous because in my job in Sales and the Dr’s. They call you to make sure, they do not call a different customer and give my spot away. Not to mention no one was there yet. . This is completely unproffesional, and utterly ridiculous.
