They do a great job here and don’t top your dip nails with gel (which shouldn’t happen bc dip nails don’t require gel, but so many places cut corners and use it)

Worst set of nails I’ve ever had. And I was charge $75 for a set of acrylic nails that I told her I did not like. I do not want her to fix him because if she couldn’t do it right in the first time she’s not gonna do it right the second time. She didn’t have the knowledge. They are crooked they are supposed to be almond shaped their different shapes the gel is lumpy I’ve never had such awful looking nails and the price was outrageous. If you complain to the owner they will not do anything about it except have her redo them. They need to get a senior tech to redo them or give you back your money. She tried to argue with me there’s nothing wrong she acted like she didn’t do anything wrong and anybody with any knowledge on how to do acrylics with no this was absolutely wrong. I would not recommend this place to no one I’m sorry to say I wish I would not have give one star. Ms. Kay A license nail tech since 1998.

I just moved to TN from out of state, and I’ve always had a hard time finding a place that I enjoy going to. I’ve been going to nothing but nails about 3 or 4 times now and every time I see miss Mandy she is so sweet and does a great job! She takes her time and is very appreciative. I went in for my pedicure and all I asked is for the service I paid for.. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and part of it was oil massage.. and all I asked was for a foot massage I even told I don’t need you to massage my whole leg .. just my foot .. in return all I got was snarky looks and every time I ask something .. they look at each other and talk in their own language.. is it so bad to ask for what you are paying for? Or is it just for us non white folks this treatment??

Ask for Sam! He’s got a great personality and makes even better conversation. Very personable and will fix anything you’re not 100% happy with. The service and quality he delivers EVERY time is comparable to all of the other fancy, over-priced salons in Franklin! I get the dip power on my nails. I’m sure the rest of their technicians are just as wonderful though! I had been going to a DIFFERENT local nail salon for a few months strictly for Sam’s services. If he wasn’t there, I wouldn’t get any service due to other bad nail experiences with their staff. So when he moved to Nothing But Nails, so did I! I’ve never been to this salon before today so I wasn’t sure what to expect other than him doing a great job as always. All of the other staff members were SO much nicer than my previous salon. The atmosphere was a lot quieter and relaxing. For sure give them a try!

I went for the first time yesterday. The staff was very friendly. The shop was very clean and the wait was short . Sam did my nails and I was very impressed. He did them to perfection and that is not easy to come by at all. He was very meticulous and my nails were flawless!!!! On top of that he was very friendly and personable!! Best nail shop experience I’ve had in years!! I will be getting my nails done regularly again after taking a year off.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 3 years. Compared to the more pricey salons in Franklin I prefer this one. The prices are great, the staff have always been courteous, and professional. I am always happy with the outcome. I have even returned when I did not allow my nails dry and they have fixes free of charge even though it was my fault. I love this place!
