Absolutely not. My mom has been going here for years to get her hair cut and styled & last week when she went in, she was treated so rudely. She walked in, put her name down, sat and waited for her turn. After an HOUR of other people who got there after her were serviced, she finally asked why her name was not called. The manager himself looked confused and wondered the same thing. There THREE hair stylist who were sitting there not doing a thing for that entire hour and when my mom asked why she wasn’t able to get hers done, they replied, “Oh sorry it’s time for us to go home.” REALLY???? My mom goes here because that’s all she can afford and they used to treat every customer with respect. Never again.

This place is the nastiest, scariest, stankiest, most ratched place I have EVER been to. So I came for a haircut a couple of days ago and showed this guy the inspo pic for my hair… he started cutting and when he was “done” I almost cried. I didn’t know what to say, I was speechless. My hair was so fugly. It was choppy, crooked, uneven, and just the overall worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I was thinking of getting a refund but I literally couldn’t process everything until after I left. I went to a thrift store and broke down crying. The end results were giving will byers, karen, choppy crackhead. If you are thinking of coming here for your haircut BEWARE!!!

I brought my 14 year old son in for a haircut. Showed the girl the second picture. Told her he wanted to keep it long but to just shape up the back and sides and leave most of the length on the top. After about 20 minutes into his uneven cut, another girl stops her own clients haircut to attempt to fix what was done to my sons head. When I asked my son what was said between the two women, he said the girl cutting his hair said “I’m just really tired and forgot some steps.” My son is very upset with his hair. My husband has always been the one to cut my boys hair, but can only do a military fade, as he is in the military himself…my son didn’t want short hair so we took him to a salon. His entire experience was ruined and now he is left with very uneven hair to grow out…not to mention the 4 inch long pieces that were left everywhere that he pulled out himself on the drive home out of frustration.
