First visit… Wonderful pedicures, nail techs awesome, but shop could use a good dusting. A little disconcerting to see so much dust on shelves (that hold the polishes for selection) and on bottles of less popular colors. Everyone was so nice and happy, and the woman I had laughed often and had the best personality! My mom also had hers done; they took their time, and both of our nails look amazing!

Critical: ProfessionalismMy wife and Bonus Daughter were treated awful after I bought them a 100 dollar gift certificate for there. The appointment I swear was for 1230 but they were refused service and scolded because the person said they did not do 1230 appointments. They were treated so rudely they left. I think a refund and an apology would be the right thing for them to do. The appointment I swear was for 1230 but they were refused service and scolded because the person said they did not do 1230 appointments. They were treated so rudely they left. I think a refund and an apology would be the right thing for them to do. It was actually an early Christmas Present.

I took my daughter’s this past Saturday to get their nails done. It was our very first time visiting this business. Both my daughter’s had their nails done. One was very happy, the other not so much. Her nails were way too long. I spoke up and asked could they file her nails because she wears contacts and there’s no way She can put them in with nails that long. They told her to have a seat with the lady who had done them, and she starts talking loudly and rudely to her. Asking why didn’t she speak up earlier.. It will cost more money and will be a long wait . My daughter is 15 and didn’t say anything back. So I spoke up and told her we wouldn’t be back. I hate this happened. I paid$85 you think someone would have spoke up when they heard this going on . So needless to say, we won’t be back .

I’ve been there twice now and they are always so rude to the customers. They’ll yell at you when you don’t understand what they’re saying and ask them to repeat themselves. Even if you have an appointment you’ll be waiting at least an hour.

I’ve been to several nail salons in my travels over the last year. I was glad to find one right here at home to rival the best of them. The people are friendly and they are very good at what they do. They offer SNS nails which is an alternative for those of us who are allergic to acrylic. I always leave happy.
