I came in to have my hair colored to match a hair piece I found. I had an understanding that’s what we were doing to my hair. After the color my hair for the exception of the roots was the same color as when I came in. I was very disappointed. I paid $70 for something I could have done for $10 out of a box color. Kathy the hair stylist was very nice, but just didn’t understand what I had wanted. She told me after that she was worried about my hair getting damaged. I just feel that if she didn’t want to make it the color I wanted it to be then we should have just not did it. We needed to use a bleach. Which I would have been happy to use if I would have known that’s what we needed to do. I would just tell anyone make sure that you actually let them know exactly what you want so this does not happen to you.
