Greeted when I came in, was assured I could get a haircut right away and I did! Saw Dalton give away a trim to a new customer who came to get a bad haircut from another barber in town cleaned up. “Why should I charge a guy who already paid for a bad haircut?” THAT is good customer relations. Jordan cut my hair. Not much work on a 69 year old head, but he took his time and did a great job.I’m not going back to the chain store. I am going here! Greeted when I came in, was assured I could get a haircut right away and I did!
