I’ve gone to NW Barbershop for a while and was always happy with the service. One thing I’ve liked about this place is the ability to make appointments. I had scheduled appointments today for me and my son but received a text and email saying they were canceled 2 hours before the appointments. No reason was given and I never received a message or call letting me know why. If I can’t count on appointments and don’t get communication, I’m afraid I can’t see myself coming back here.

***Update update: I did go back in for another attempt at a hair cut. Jaime cut my son’s hair and I daresay it is the best hair cut he has ever received. He took the time to talk with me about my preferences, my son’s hair, and how he would work toward the picture I showed him using my son’s hair type. The finished product was fabulous!

After showing up 5 minutes late due to the lack of parking spots, my appointment was canceled upon arrival. I do not recommend this place as they are unprofessional. My haircut was scheduled for 30 minutes but Armando had someone else coming in for a haircut 5 minutes later. Big waste of time.
