I’ve lived in the Northshore for just over a year now and it took me 4 different places to find the best experience getting my haircut. The quality of the cut with the attention to detail is hands down the best I’ve had. Ashleigh is wonderful. Not only is she professional but personable as well. I never felt like a stranger in her chair. Great atmosphere, always offered refreshments, and it’s quite relaxing. It’s something I look forward to each visit! The reminders about appointment times are also quite convenient! Go check it out and ask for Ashleigh. You won’t be disappointed!

I moved to the Northshore 18 years ago from NYC where I always got my haircut by a 70 year old Albanian man in a mustard yellow jacket. He was a great barber. I was disappointed by my search for a barber of equal skill here on the Northshore. That is, until I was introduced to Jen and her barbers at Northshore Men’s salon. To say that Jen is passionate about her trade feels like an understatement. Not only is she the best barber on the Northshore, but her love of the trade drives her to mentor others here on the Northshore. My 2 sons and I have all been exceedingly happy with Jen’s haircuts. I strongly recommend Northshore Men’s Salon.

This place is great! I’ve been going for a few years now. When you go in they’ll offer a beverage, I’ve only been offered one once, but I see them do it with all the other clients all the time… Any way, on top of giving great hair cuts they’ll give you a hot towel straight razor shave, get you all lined up and probably give you a good laugh or two also! If you want a chair massage there’s an LMT that will give a chair massage and you don’t even have to leave the salon!

I had a 12:00 appointment with Ashley. She was working on this little boys hair when I walked in at 11:50. At 12:30 she put some kind of cream in his hair. It was apparent to me that she would still be a while so I cancelled my appointment. The father was sitting in the chair next to him. I don’t know if he brought the little boy with him and had him worked in without an appointment or not. A 40 minute hair styling for and she still wasn’t done!
