Dr. C did a fantastic job explaining the procedure, possible risks and was gentle, kind and reassuring while lasering. I think it’s also important to know she knows what she can and cannot do- which most don’t admit (but I love that about her!). I came Dr. C as a referral from my normal cosmetic nurse practitioner because I wanted to YAG laser some spider veins under my eyes. Dr. C did a fantastic job explaining the procedure, possible risks and was gentle, kind and reassuring while lasering. The procedure left me scarred (literally and emotionally) and Dr. Ciocchetti very kindly and patiently helped me fix some of the damage that was done. Throughout my treatment process with her, I felt supported, validated, and was also given realistic suggestions about treatments. I’m so happy this office now offers aesthetic services. I’ve taken advantage of a dermaplane and two peels over the past two months and from start to finish, the experience has been fabulous. Scheduling is super easy and I was able to get in at a time that worked perfectly for my schedule. The office is so inviting and I was put at ease as soon as I walked in. The staff truly cares and is knowledgeable about both their services and products providing information and answering questions thoroughly. During the treatments, every step was explained and prior to leaving, detailed instructions and recommendations were provided. After both treatments, I received a call the day after checking in to see how everything felt and if I had any questions that had come up since leaving their office. My skin looks and feels amazing and my friends have even commented on great it looks. I am definitely going to take advantage of their services in the future.

Today, I recieved my first real facial experience from Bobbie Stewart and I left speechless. My face never felt so soft before, and it glowed all day. The experience itself was worth going back and I just can’t wait for my next appointment. Bobbie was gentle and explained everything she was doing to my face with intentions of learning more about my skin. The location was easy to find and the artwork of waiting room was beautiful. I left with a smile and a feeling that I was taken care of with integrity and professionalism.
