It’s always a pleasure for me to stop here and buy great quality wigs for a lot less than any other place. Every now and then I can find items, such as artsy jean style leggings with excellent quality for just $20. It’s definitely worth the hour trip just to chat with gentleman who runs the store. He is always very attentive and knowledgeable. I will keep coming back.

The Hairstylist gave me directions because I didn’t see the place; she was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I will be returning. Part II of my review, the customer service once again Outstanding! When I came here to make my daughters hair I expected it to be reasonably priced and have good service because I read all these good reviews. I was wrong when I went there the second she looked at my daughters hair she just kept saying “wow! You have ALOT of hair” and at first it wasn’t bad and when we started talking about how much it would cost I was surprised, all we had asked for was coloring at the tips and straightening and the price was so high! Another incident I had with this place was when I was doing my hair I was also getting it colored and straightened and half way through she suddenly said “Go I have another costumer I can’t finish” and I still had to pay for the whole thing even the stuff she didn’t do.

Expensive hair supplier not affordable for the extension enthusiaist. Though it’s my favorite place as far as customer service the prices and selection for Caucasian women especially is slim to non. I have been waiting for a special order for almost a year and still have yet to see what I ordered and they double my wig price almost when another customer started to buy it. Came in after getting my hair completely destroyed at another salon. A man helped me and was patient while I tried on so many wigs. He helped me find what I was looking for and showed me ways to part and take care of each one. I remember promising to buy one after taking up all his time and he made sure I knew that was not required. They just wanted me to feel comfortable with them and Confident in my choice. So helpful and on bored to help get my confidence back with absolutely no pressure to buy. I have bought three wigs since and I love the place. Always eager to help or give a discount for your first time or if you purchase regularly there. Love love love them!

Horrible experience! I went in to get sew in hair extensions and I have never had them before so I didn’t know what to expect and she never told me what to expect. And I have a sensitive scalp and after we were done she made a rude comment saying “I was you would’ve told me before I did your hair” and I would flinch because it would hurt and she stopped and looked at me in disgust. Also, while she was doing my hair she would talk on her cellphone, and not company calls either. Also, I have only had them for about 1week and a half and they are already starting to fall out. When I called the first time to see if she does them, she said they would be $150, I called a few weeks later and then she said they would be $175, I get their and she told me it would be a total of $265 and then she only put half of the extensions in and charged me $190. And just yesterday my boyfriend had to cut out my extensions because over half of the extension was falling out then the rest just fell out.

This is my second time at Patrica shop 3yearz ago she dlayed my hair my ever first see in me thinking I could get the same style from any p professional stylist well let me just say..HELL NAW not in Rochester..now that IAM back I will stay this time b cuz after being stripped bald headed side Burns gone wasted money I have learned my lesson Patrica is great and can really do some hair.
