Jillian is a one woman operation. No fancy salon. She has one room in a nail salon in Springfield, so no spa type setting. That means she can keep her costs down. Personally I don’t need a gilded office, I just need an experienced tech who knows her stuff. That’s Jillian. She has over 20 years in the business. Better than getting some young 20-something tech you may find at the larger establishments.
