I went to Northern Roots to get my hair done for the first time and Lisa was recommended by a family member. I have very dark dark brown hair and showed Lisa a picture of what I wanted- a caramel colored balayage- I told her that DO NOT want brass or copper tones. Before I knew it, she filled my hair with foils- so big that I could not fit under the dryer. MY HAIR WAS ORANGE- no brown running through the ends of my hair at all!! I asked her to fix my hair because I couldn’t go to work like this. She told me she didn’t have time until THREE days later to fix it. I told her I couldn’t wait that long but she didn’t seem to care. I called her the next day and told her my hair is fried, I had to go somewhere else for them to fix it and I wanted my money back but she refused. I will never go back to Northern Roots and I would never recommend Lisa to ANYONE. So unprofessional.
