I have been going here for quite awhile. I always got good color but there always seem to be something wrong with the lay down. Today I went and the face tanner was not working. It started to then all the bulbs went out. When I told the girl she said she knew and to just lay further down in the bed to get my face. Honestly I wasn’t impressed. She could have told me that before deciding which bed to use. I would have used another booth. That’s ripping ppl off. I asked when they were getting fixed. She said she didn’t know.

I bought a package (9 sessions) for about 100$ with the “best” tanning bed they have. I have done 7 sessions, in less than 2 weeks and I barely have a tan. The beds at this location (along with the Claremont location) are extremely outdated. I decided to go back to driving to Keene to get my tanning done there. In Keene, I walk out tan, wake up tanner. Not here though…. please get better beds and I will be a long term customer. But there is no point of me going tanning if it takes me over a month and hundreds of dollars to get a dark tan.
