The people there are always friendly, but they are definitely not accommodating to seniors. I do realize that their biggest clientele is the younger generation, but as seniors we should be given some consideration. Silver senior tans are only available 10-12 (0nly two hours) and only Mon. I absolutely love this place! Wonderful customer service. I had an allergic reaction to one of the lotions I had bought there; a complete fluke of a situation of being allergic to something I did not know. They didn’t have to refund me the money for the lotion, but they did, and gave me an upgrade to the “caddilac” bed of the facility. That is great customer service, as it should be, because I will continue to come back here for all my tanning experiences. That is how you keep consumers and customers; by treating them like how you would want to be treated. Period. Good job at being a Class Act Establishment, and caring about your clientele.

The group here is very friendly and very helpful, 5/5 for the service. However, the spray tanning here is in a booth and I followed the instructions of the booth exactly and somehow my entire back was missed and only half of my arms were covered so I went to a bachelorette party with some pretty embarrassing tanning snafu lines. I think for spray tanning it’s better to have a human operated spray.

Love the spray tan here! I now spray before vacation. It’s a quick 2 minute way to get naturally looking dark without all the time and wrinkles it takes to get a “base tan”. Friendly staff and always clean.

I enjoy going to Northern Lights. The rooms and tanning beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Sarah is a terrific employee, always cheerful and friendly – even when I get there right when the doors open. She represents your organization well and deserves a raise.

Seriously the sweetest staff ever. All of them! The beds are clean with good bulbs. They have later hours, ample parking, and provide eyewear instead of making money off the fact that people always forget theirs. What’s not to love?
