Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismAfter suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain for years, I decided to give Myofascial Release a try. I wasn’t sure what to expect during my first appointment. Rachel took time to explain the process and warned me how I may feel the next day. I was super sore and felt as if I had the flu. This feeling went away after a few hours and I noticed I had less pain in my shoulder and neck. After three treatments, I am noticing a significant decrease in my pain level. This isn’t a quick fix when pain is chronic. I do believe I will be pain free soon and will continue with this treatment until it happens. Rachel even takes time to show you how to take care of yourself in between appointments. Which has really helped my healing! I would highly recommend trying this if you have tension headaches, neck, shoulder and any other type of pain! After suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain for years, I decided to give Myofascial Release a try.
