I had been getting my hair cut by April and was excited to find someone that did a great cut and was close to home. However, after family drama occurred and she was telling the story I must have made a comment that upset her.(my only assumption that could make sense) I tried to reach out to her multiple times to schedule a cut, even stopping at the salon to ask if she had changed her number to which she said no. I then reached out to her again, since I was not asked while in the salon, to schedule and again did not receive any communication back. I felt that it was a very unprofessional way to cut ties with a client. I would have appreciated if she had just said she could not continue to cut my hair.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueY’all better get up to North Cutt and see Kaite!!! She is amazing!!! She did a color, cut and style for me today and I couldn’t be happier! I have gone to many, many places and have been very detailed and they still mess it up! Kaite had a picture the day before and rocked my hair!!! I also had a job interview at 3 pm ( FaceTime interview) and she was beyond helpful and accommodating! She was giving me helpful advice and making sure my hair was game ready!! Thank you girl!!!!Not to mention the atmosphere at this shop is phenomenal! Good ole salon talk with good people!! I’m having major hair issues, within last 6 months had major spinal fusion, so anesthesia problems, PT, including swim therapy, medications, prior color and perms. so needless to say my hair was a wreck, Sue Dana, has been my Stylist for longer than I can remember, we sat down today and discussed what I can do to help repair my hair, she cut and gave suggestions stylings. A blessing today, hair “feels” better, so do I mentally.
