I had a consult with the staff at NLC in the late summer of 2021. I suffer from rosacea and was seeking treatment for facial veins/broken capillaries. I was told two to three laser treatments. My first treatment went well. I had very little downtime and minor bruising and redness. I went in for my second treatment in December. The staff member said she was turning up the level on the laser to target more of the veins. The second treatment was painful and I experienced extreme redness and burning. I was given ice packs and a serum to apply. A couple days after my procedure, I had large scabs and blisters on my face. My skin hurt. I reached out to NLC and was told my results were normal and to keep applying serum. As I started to heal after 4 weeks, I noticed scarring and an increased amount of facial veins. I decided to let my skin heal and not get any more treatments. This summer I followed up with a dermatologist at the Cleveland Clinic. I showed them my scarring and pictures of my face as it was healing from the laser treatment. They told me the person using the laser was not properly trained and I should not have had large, thick scabs and blisters. Since then, I have been getting treatments to fix the scarring both on my nose and chin. It’s very disheartening to write a poor review but I wouldn’t want others to experience what I went through. Please make sure you are doing your due diligence and thoroughly checking into med spas and the treatments they offer.

The staff is nice but the procedures and things they use the equipment for and they charge you all this money for, does not pay off. I have tried to contact them regarding how disappointed I was with my service but no response. I spent a few thousand dollars, to not get results and no one even reaching out to address the issues with my services
