This place literally made me cry. Lady barely started and cut my finger open. It was bleeding pretty hard so she put whatever liquid they put for it to stop bleeding. 2 min later another finger and then another one. It was pretty deep and hurt really bad. Then instead of gel she put GLUE on my nails and when I told her I asked for gel not glue she said it’s just a bottle. I didn’t even want her to finish. Left crying.

The ladies were very sweet and accepted me with open arms 30 min before their closing time. My cuticles were bad. I had 3 colors I liked and couldn’t decide so she suggested an ombré look and I love it. Very nice and clean work. I found this place by my sisters house in Northbrook as a last minute spot for my manicure. The ladies were very sweet and accepted me with open arms 30 min before their closing time. My cuticles were bad. I had 3 colors I liked and couldn’t decide so she suggested an ombré look and I love it. Very nice and clean work. Check them out!!!

The best nail spa in Northbrook Salon staffs are friendly and always do great, consistent work on their manicures and pedicures! There’s usually soft music playing and muted TVs on so you can watch and read the subtitles while getting your nails done. They have a great selection of nail colors, gels, etc. All of the nail techs do very good work! Fantastic place!

This is the first time I’ve gotten my nails done in the States in years and I can honestly only recommend this place. Mona did my nails and she was very patient and kind as I took a long time to pick out my color. The service itself was great and I even received a relaxing back massage. Will definitely come back!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is by far the worst nail salon I’ve been to. I got a dip & they didn’t have the proper tools , I had to remove old dip myself & they didn’t do it properly, the lady had an attitude & kept rolling her eyes as if she didn’t want to service me & got irritated when the dip wasn’t coming off & within 2 days The dip was coming off & one of my Nails cracked . They didn’t use the base & kept leaving me at the table to work on someone else. I think she is the owner. I would not recommend this place to anyone at least not for a dip. I got a dip & they didn’t have the proper tools , I had to remove old dip myself & they didn’t do it properly, the lady had an attitude & kept rolling her eyes as if she didn’t want to service me & got irritated when the dip wasn’t coming off & within 2 days The dip was coming off & one of my Nails cracked . Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience in 25 years!! Trust me, do NOT go here. 50 minutes to remove no chip nails. Went in with long nails, some had tips, and quickly realized woman wasn’t going to be able to replace tips, so asked to cut them all down. She cut one nail down to the skin. Filed my nails on top down to the pink of skin, horrible job filing so much so that i filed my own nails (asked for round, got square, some were uneven, some longer than others that had no white of nail), ZERO attention to detail, completely unprofessional while thry talk about youcin anothet language right in front of you and paid $40, $5 of which to remove previous polish. So much cheaper and better elsewhere. If i could give 0 stars, i would. Place was dead too.

This nail salon is a hidden gem of Northbrook! Their prices are incredible and the technicians are fabulous! My pedicure still looks as good as it did from over a month ago! Must go back!
