After being told multiple times I was buying laser hair removal services with lifetime support, I was then asked to sign another contract that limited the number of sessions I would get, and though quoted for an area up to my jawline we never did get there. Was disappointed because I had been referring people but I understand she has to run a business and that is costly. Then I decided to try out Botox directly before the pandemic, my follow up appointment was on the first day of lockdown so of course it was canceled and once they opened back up several months later she asked about coming in for a follow up. Life was hectic and 2 weeks later I tried to make an appointment. I don’t consider 2 weeks on top of several months to be much time but she rescinded my touch up and told me I must pay for a new treatment with a small discount. Haven’t been back since. Was disappointed in the fact she went back on her word, twice.

Dr Nguyen is AMAZING. I have had lots of spa treatments all over the state, and in Canada, and I have to say that she is the only one who is legit out of all of them. Laser hair removal where you see results the FIRST time… the hair immediately is burned off, and it is dramatically decreased… like, 60%. I’ve had half a dozen laser hair removal treatments at other spas, and even after 6 treatments, there is no visible difference…. every time I am in the DFW area, I go to her exclusively. Her prices are reasonable, and she does what she claims to do.

I Recntly visited North Texas Skin and Laser Clinic. Imbarrased by the brown spots and fine red lines on my face Dr. Nguyen recomended the Lumecca treatment. Only three days after my first treatment I have already noticed an improvement in my skins complexion and my overall appearance. Can’t wait to finish my series of treatments!
