Massage Therapist
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
​Used to promote good health, MLD technique has been proven effective in decreasing swelling in areas around surgery sites, inflammation and ignites the detoxification process. Our technique includes abdominal massage that will aid in digestion. This technique is gentle & heart-felt.
Deep Tissue Manual Therapy
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues & sports injuries. Our highly skilled massage therapists will target areas that just wont stop bothering you. By the end of the session you will feel an increase in range of motion & decreased pain.
Abhyanga Warm Oil Massage
Leave your mind and body decompressed and comforted with the soothing warmth from the oil mixed with the relaxing strokes from the massage. Traditionally sesame oil is used due to its anti-carcinogenic properties. An Abhyanga massage promotes youthfulness, longevity & resistance to stress.
Shirodhara Scalp Treatment
Using techniques from India, this treatment will begin with an Abhyanga, head and neck massage. We then bring in a stream of warm oil to drench your forehead and scalp, allowing your mind to find peace and your body to relax.
Swedana Steam Therapy
After a full-body Abhyanga massage, steam is applied and is designed to induce sweating. Swedana steam therapy, applied by boiling herbs, helps to relieve bodily stiffness, heaviness and coldness while promoting strength. It also calms the mind & body and gives oneself an overall lightness.
Marma Facial Rejuvenation
Vital energy points (Marma) are stimulated on the face and head through product application and relaxing massage to invigorate and regenerate facial tissues. A relaxing body therapy that will leave you rested and refreshed while bringing your skin to a lovely youthful glow!
Udvartana Body Exfoliation
Allow our therapists to pamper you from head to toe reaching those areas that you can’t quite get to on your own. We use our unique emulsifying, health enhancing, herbal powder scrub to bring you ultimate joy while we scrub away dead skin cells and toxins.
Ayurvedic Bliss Therapy
Ayurvedic Bliss Therapy is a combination treatment of 3 traditional body therapies: Abhyanga Massage, Shirodhara Scalp, Swedana Steam. These body therapies are administered consecutively to obtain maximum benefits & toxin release, please allow three hours to fully enjoy this session!
