During covid I was having a horrible time with my skin on my face. I tried many otc meds that were not helping and my PCP referred me toN. S. Dermotolgy. With RX strength topicals not working by the 2/3rd visit, Dr. Song sent in a punch biopsy from my chin. Found out it’s a rare form of rosacea called Morbihans. There is no cure, no medicine guaranteed to help and no magic wand ( yay me). It’s made me EXTREMELY self conscious because it literally screams at you from across the room. My face swells, at times acutely, large red patches and lumps. Ive been going on a pretty regular basis to the Monroe and Everett locations. I have other autoimmune issues and see specialists in Nephrology, Rheumatology, Gynocolgy and now Dermotolgy. So, trust me, when I tell you…….Dr Song has been one of the MOST helpful and kind doctors I have ever had. He listens to me and actually has helped to the best of his ability and my financial and insurance limitations. I struggle bc I lack patience and with the fact it’s just one.more.thing. TY!! NSDermo and Dr Song! I am truly blessed and very thankful for all you have done to help me with my new normal.

I visited Northsound Dermatology for the first time last week. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The office and exam room were clean. The doctor and her assistant were punctual and quick. I had another appointment across town and they were very aware of their time and got their work done sending me out the door in time to make my next appointment.
