I’ve been getting my haircut there since 2016 and was really pleased with them for a while. But since they moved they have been very unhelpful. First it seem pretty impossible to get my hair cut there. The stylist I went to left but was hoping to find a new one. Stopped in and not only did no one seem to know what was going on but seems like I was a huge burden being there. No one wanted to help at all. Then I stopped in hoping to get a gift card for my partner and said that’s not a possibility. They must be making a ton of money because the seemed to not want mine. Here’s to looking for a new shop.

This place did an awesome job for my wedding! I got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding day and it turned out absolutely amazing and exactly what I wanted. My mom and sister also got their hair and makeup done here for the wedding and looked gorgeous. They really listen to what style you want and offer suggestions as well. We also had a fun experience getting mani pedis the day before. Kaitlyn was great to work with!

Pretty disappointed with professional setting. Made an appointment for a massage for my wife for her birthday and then called over to pay for it. Was told I had to talk to the therapist but she was already under way so no way to pay. Could not leave my card number or even drive over to pay for it because no one could process the payment but the therapist herself. My wife did enjoy the massage but then had to pay for it herself when done.

This place us incredible!!! I came here with my sister, mom and niece. To get our hair done. Kandy did my hair and it is gorgeous!!!! My sister looks stunning and my mom and niece look beautiful!! If anyone needs their hair, nails and/or make up done and is in the North Shore area i highly recommend this place! The staff is awesome and extremely talented!! Four of us went on the 16th, four of us were completely satisfied. They ask enough to get a good history on any ortho issues and really take care getting you comfortable in the space. Melody and Amber were great and we’ve definitely found a new spot. Back soon for sure.

I strongly do not recommend pedicure/manicure in this salon. After travelling hawaii for 2 months I decided to treat myself with a nice pedi day… my feet were very painful, dry and craked, needed care.. the aesthetician I got was unfriendly, I asked for shellac or gel! She responded they only offer regular nail polishes… she applied the colours on my toe nails… didn’t provide any skin care rub, exfoliation or moisturizing. Charged me 40$ for a simple colour application.. I walked away with craked, dry feet. Total waste of money! I can’t talk about the hairdressers service but for the aesthetic part I strongly recommend avoiding this salon.
