I’ve had one too many bad experiences at this barber shop. They have one or two very good barbers, but a lot more terrible, terrible barbers. They don’t listen to or follow request at all, and I’ve even had one admit half way through my haircut that he didn’t understand what I asked for at the start! For how much they charge, there is a lot better barbershops within the area.

This is just the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten . Besides the barber shaved my beard off without even asking and then charges me for a shave ! I won’t rest nor leave the house until I tell everyone about this horrible place and my hair grows back .It’s really just horrible!

Booked an appointment online, called to confirm it the day before. Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled slot, waited 30 minutes while other people walked in after me and were seated for their service. Ended up needing to leave because I didn’t have enough time. Why offer an appointment slot and keep a guest waiting a half hour? Unfortunately won’t be going back.

Freddy is true professional from customer service to expertise in his craft. Never rushed, genuinely nice guy, listens to what you ask for, and exceptional attention to detail. I took a chance finding a new barber a year ago, and got lucky. I drive from the city once a month to get a reliable hair cut at a fair price. Last visit Freddy was booked up and had an excellent cut from Frank. I knew I could trust Freddy’s word that his staff would take equally good care of me. A man of his word. Do yourself a favor and try their shop out, there’s a reason it’s busy usually.
