I have since continued going and still have not any complaints about this place it’s clean the women that work there are all extremely nice and listen to your requests without making you feel like you shouldn’t get something you want. They have lots of options with the dipping powder and do the ombre pink and White’s different shades which I like to get quite often. I get my eyebrows waxed every time I come to get a fill and they always do an excellent job clean them trim them wax them and get any little hairs that are left behind and then put a cooling gel on them. I did my first review on the place giving it five stars. I have since continued going and still have not any complaints about this place it’s clean the women that work there are all extremely nice and listen to your requests without making you feel like you shouldn’t get something you want. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI came here based on the high reviews and booked an appointment online for that day. My appointment was accepted and confirmed, so I came in. Immediately they looked surprised at my arrival and were unprepared to take me for my appointment.I was sent to a station, then after ten minutes of being ignored, I was told to go sit elsewhere.The technician doing my nails clearly looked unhappy and kept getting up in the middle of my whole session, answering the phone, checking customers out, and doing everything else except tending to my nails. I’ve had my nails done before and I immediately knew she was doing a sloppy job. She didn’t trim my nails down so here I am, one week later, and my natural nails are grown out and long underneath my acrylics and it looks horrendous.The top coat of my polish never cured correctly so it looks weird and webby. At each visit the staff has been friendly, personable and accommodating whether I knew which colors I wanted coming in, or I needed to peruse the options. I am always especially pleased when I’m sat with Snow, she is so sweet and leaves my nails shaped to absolute perfection every time! This is a busy salon, so make an appointment and then also be a reasonably kind and understanding human. They do an excellent job of balancing efficiency with customer service, of course there are bound to be delays from time to time when you are in high demand. This is all around by far my favorite salon- they provide quality work with a warm welcome and beautiful, clean environment. At each visit the staff has been friendly, personable and accommodating whether I knew which colors I wanted coming in, or I needed to peruse the options.
