She colored my hair 2 days before my wedding and you could tell she took great care and did an amazinggg job! She colored my hair 2 days before my wedding and you could tell she took great care and did an amazinggg job! Ive been seeing Cayla for a while. She is so sweet and friendly! Most importantly she knows how to wrangle my super thick long wavy crazy mane! Im EXTREMELY picky about my hair. She cuts it in a way I can wear it naturally curly or straight with a flat iron. And also thins it out in a very natural way. So if your concerned or afraid of seeing someone new, I highly recommend Cayla to ease your fear.

I started having Britney at North Hair Design do my lash extensions when I decided my gal I had been with for a while was a bit of a drive for me. Britney is a super sweet woman who I loved chatting with, getting to know and she was very affordable compared to many many lash technicians in the area. But cheaper doesn’t always mean better and I learned my lesson. I had my lashes filled on a Friday. Come Tuesday morning my left side was sparse compaired to the right. I am really careful with my lashes. Never using eyeliner, never rubbing my eyes, careful in the shower, drying my face, making an attempt to sleep on the other side ect… I promptly sent Britney a photo of my lashes Tuesday & was told she couldn’t get me in till that evening, or this weekend. I couldn’t make it that night (Tuesday) so I said the weekend is just fine. I am a newer client of hers & I had approximately 3 fills by her. I asked her how much to fill the spots that were a bit bare compared to the other eye. I was told 25.00 I asked her if she could do a no charge fix, heck even 5 lashes would have made it much better! I just needed a few more lashes on JUST that one eye since it had only been 4 days since I had seen her. I’m aware people sometimes get fills every week, but we hadn’t even made it that far. I was told she doesn’t work for free and she couldn’t do that. I was pretty disappointed as again I’m a newer client of hers and it had only been 4 days since I saw her. I unfortunately won’t be returning to some who doesn’t at least ATTEMPT to make it right. I would have even taken a “hey yea that’s not looking quite right, let’s get ya in soon and see what we can do to get them looking how they should. I would have been totally appreciative of even that. Truly. I was verbally attacked by multiple family members of hers on the salons public FB page. This was a horrible experience that could have been totally worked out.
