This was THE best visit ever!!! First time trying cryotherapy and I normally Hate any type of cold. Went with my daughter. THE COLD MADE ME MEDITATE! That’s how I got through the 3 minutes lol. My knee hurt pre cryotherapy but hasn’t at all since and it’s been almost a full week since going. I’m a fan! Their infrared sauna is the BOMB as well.
