Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place just is not what it used to be. The owner will literally start working on you then pause to complete one of her faves without even saying “hold on”. Tina literally will get up and leave you where you are and have you waiting. There’s no point in making an appointment in my opinion . I’ve made so many appointments and still end up having to wait. Even now, as I sit here, my feet has been soaking in water for over 30 minutes.Don’t get me wrong, they do a great job but the professionalism just isn’t there anymore. This place just is not what it used to be. The owner will literally start working on you then pause to complete one of her faves without even saying “hold on”. Tina literally will get up and leave you where you are and have you waiting. There’s no point in making an appointment in my opinion . I’ve made so many appointments and still end up having to wait. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came there with a friend , she told my friend can he help her carry stuff around & she’ll take 7$ off that’s unprofessional u don’t ask no customer that !
