I came to Norm with many of my friends expecting to get a quality haircut from a quality barber. My expectations were exceeded. Everything about my haircut with Norm was the best. Right when I sat in the chair I felt at home. He asked what I wanted, I told him, and he got right to it. The job was done in less than 15 minutes.
