The lady with the long hair with highlights butchered my hair. I showed her about 10 pictures of what I wanted and she nodded that she understood, but she went scissor happy on my hair. The wait is usually 2 hours or so and those people are waiting for one specific person. I’m not sure that I understand what’s so special about that other lady, but I don’t know that I’m going to try. They messed up my hair once and they lost it with me.
