For years I have avoided getting my nails done- they would NEVER last, it was expensive, and felt like I was never asked what I truly wanted. Then I met Gabbi. I went out on a limb and got “gellie” nails- similar to the acrylics I had before but much longer lasting and much less damaging. They are BEAUTIFUL. They’ve lasted far longer than I anticipated and I felt that Gabbi really listened to what I asked for and constantly checked in to make sure I was having a pleasant experience. I have recommended numerous friends to her and am so impressed by her artistry, kindness, and overall “customer service” everyone was so friendly to me, especially Nicole and Jayne! I will be back and cannot wait! Thank you Gabbi!!

Nicole is top tier in her field. She is my new my aesthetician. She is not only personable and kind, but knowledgeable and helpful. Her facial was relaxing and I saw immediate results. She has the touch. All of her recommendations for me for home care have been spot on. I highly recommend her. The entire spa is esthetic and cool. Enjoyable. Nice staff. Enjoyed getting my hair done by Dwayne, my nails by Gabbi and the owner, Norma, is a joy.

I personally have not been here foremost but their customer service is fantastic! Recently wanted to purchase a massage for my other mother and they did so well in processing the request for my mother’s day gift! They waited to send it out until the before mother’s day and I got totally surprise her! She was ecstatic when she saw it she loves this place! If and when I’m in St Augustine I will have to personally go here for sure.

I am a man and might feel a little out of place in a wonderland like Norma Sherry’s but that has not been the case at all. Each staff member seems to excel in their field of expertise and you can sense that they all have what I call the “heart of a giver”. In town for the weekend and in desperate need of a manicure. I popped in to the salon because it was located near my hotel. It looked super cute on the outside and did not disappoint on the inside. Eclectic, cool, classy and fun! Jane greeted me warmly upon entering the salon and Amber was able to see me, without an appointment, with a less than 10 minute wait. Service price was reasonable and it was an enjoyable experience overall. Very happy that I chose this salon!

Norma is so warmly wonderful! Had such a fun afternoon getting my hair done by Candy and a lovely pedicure. Super comfortable atmosphere!! Going back in two weeks for a massage. I’ve been to all the spas in town, and this one is by far the best.

So obviously there will be several Spa’s in St Augustine’s heart of tourist town. It took me a little time to sort out the Spa’s that interested me. I didn’t want to just pick any place because this get away for my wife was important. Going through a-lot, she really needed a homie, positive vibe environment. Norma sounded very reassuring that she could provide that so i set a appt and I’m so glad i did. We were greeted immediately and norma assured me i left my wife in good hands. 2 1/2 hours later she was ready and my wife was very happy with the services. Norma gave her a big hug upon leaving and my wife told me she found her favorite spot in St Augustine.
