The staff are friendly and very helpful with all your hair needs. If you’re looking for a new stylist will actually listen to what you want to do with your hair (instead of telling you what you should do) NORINE’S is the place for you! High quality service, a friendly smile and a scalp massage along with a we’ll informed staff who know their hair care products. Did I mention THEY LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT!

I came here on the recommendation of three different people (each with entirely different hair types and styles) who told me they consider Norine’s the best local option, and I couldn’t have been happier. Jenny’s aesthetic intelligence and enthusiasm are wonderful. In fact, she is the first person who has ever worked with my crazy curly hair on its own terms, and to me that makes her an artist (and a miracle worker)! I think the one-star review below is not at all representative of people’s overwhelmingly positive experiences here.

Norine and her staff are always so warm and welcoming towards everyone that walks in their door! I have been coming here for years and I am never disappointed! I always have pictures when I come in and they make sure to match it just right! I also bleach my hair a lot with high lights and still get compliments about the texture of my hair which is so important to me. Nothing worse than dry, frail hair! Thank you guys <3

Tried this place a few months ago. Called & made an appointment for a simple trim one day prior to going here. When I got there whoever I had talked to on the phone had never written the appointment down. One of the girls had time to do my hair anyways. She then gave me a sub-par & incorrect hair-cut (I asked for long layers, she blunt cut it). While doing this she told me my hair was very dry & I replied that I had just henna dyed it, being the well-educated stylist she was she did not know what henna/natural dye was. After ripping my still recovering henna-dyed hair apart with a brush she then asked if I wanted it blow-dryed (she did NOT take me up to their so-called ‘blow-dry’ bar). After she blow-dryed it she then charged me $60 (not including tip). I asked why a simple wash & trim cost this much & was told that blow drying costs an extra $25. Seriously? She blow-dryed my hair for 5 minutes w/ a crappy old dryer. This place desperately wants to be a high-end salon w/ the accompanying inflated prices, but the stylists are mediocre at best. Definitely go here if you enjoy throwing away your money.
