Picture this: you’re exhausted- your body is worn out and aches from your personal choice to climb every peak in this beautiful area where you’ve not been (Bryce, cedar Breaks, Red Cliffs, and on and on— in desperation you search google maps for a solution and up pops Noorish Spas. Within minutes you have a 90 min appt and a text response stating “Girl- I can work out those knots”!!

Well..booked my message days in advance to make sure my wife and I could go together and one therapist got sick texted me the morning of and they had no back up plan to accommodate us at that time. It’s funny how they want you to book way in advance and can charge you if you cancel, but when they cancel..tough luck! Don’t make plans with this spa as they are a wishi washy business with no planning or back up plans for clients when people get sick. Hopefully, someone soon can put together a professional spa up here in beautiful Brianhead.

This was by far the best massage I have ever had, and I’ve had plenty. Been to spas all over the world, who knew you have to come to Brian Head Utah to get the best. The cupping and hot stone treatment were a nice touch and very affective. A special thanks to Brenda, she was amazing.

I am very disappointed in the spa amenities. I requested a massage via phone call with a voice message and a text to follow as stated outside the spa location on floor 1. I received not a phone call but a text at 10:46 pm at night stating a 4 o clock was available for today, 3/19/2022. I confirmed the text at 7:04 am, confirming our appointment. I left the mountain early to accommodate the appointment instead of riding for an additional 1.5 hours on the mountain. I showed 20 minutes before the schedule appointment to find a message on the door that they were in session and if I had a reservation to come in. the door was locked. I reached out to the via text and a phone call. My phone call was ignored and a text message sent instead, stating “no sorry”. Very unprofessional. And then a skew of text denying and filling it with excuses. I will be passing this along to Brian Head and Mountain Capital partners to ensure your future guests do not endure the same poor and unprofessional treatment. It was clear the spa attendant had better plans and is not equipped to manage this position what so ever.
