I have been getting my facials here for about 2-3 years now and I love it! They take good care of their customers and make them feel welcome. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismA friend and I went to the salon to get a facial done. The owner, Noora was extremely rude. They do not respect the appointment times and had us waiting in the waiting area for more than 30mins even after we had booked an appointment. During the time we asked if we could see the room we were going to get our facial in, since the pandemic was still very much present we wanted to be comfortable knowing where we will be treated. Instead the owner screamed at us and asked us to leave if we are not comfortable. This was totally unexpected. She probably had a bad day but that doesn’t warrant the screaming. Will never go back again .The person who answers the phone is very warm and kind. The other ladies are good but Noora is terrible.A friend and I went to the salon to get a facial done. Best threading ever. Farzina was so thorough and she and the room had a beautiful relaxing energy. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly and didn’t miss a hair. After a 12 hr drive with a 4 year old the massage mat on the table and the after threading forehead/ temple massage was exactly what I needed. I’m coming out fuzzy next trip just for a visit.

When I came in the person in front called in the person who’s going to do my eyebrows. Yes, I’m a guy and I just wanted to try. I think he talked to his wife who will be the best person to do the job and I think that is very cool because they know who specializes on what to do to you when you arrive. He called in Monique (not sure about the spelling) but she was AMAZING! I love how she did my eyebrows. She really took the time and effort to perfect the alignment. And, the other thing is, ITS CHEAP! Only for $10 you can have your eyebrows threaded. Go and have your eyebrows be on fleek!

I founds my new brow place! I don’t know how having it so close to home and never had been here. I usually go to my brow lady in Buena park but decided to go else where since I noticed she had started thinning out my brows. I tried Nooras for the first time Friday and am definitely coming back! While the lady worked my brows she had me lay down on a massage bed. She was able to even out my eye brows and make them look perfect! After she was done threading them she massaged them a bit and it felt amazing! Must come to place!
