Ana is really good at henna and created beautiful designs on our arms. I have also had the facial service twice and both have been wonderful experiences. Ana is really good at henna and created beautiful designs on our arms. I have also had the facial service twice and both have been wonderful experiences. It’s hit or miss here, depending on who you get. I went for an underarm wax today and it wasn’t the best. It’s super patchy, have some random hairs everywhere and some are pretty long. I’m gonna clean it up myself at home, super bummed. The girl that was there today ‘plucked’ to ‘clean up’ but was instead ‘plucking’ the heck out of my skin not hairs ahh! Didn’t use powder, didn’t calm the burn after each strip. I did it myself and she saw me do it but just didn’t care. She seemed rushed even though place was empty. Just a bad experience overall. She was very nice but just not good at the wax. Im glad I got the underarm wax first, made me change my mind about getting my eyebrows done immediately. I’ve gotten my underarms done here before and some of the other girls do a good job but just be warned there is zero consistency in the quality of the work.

Nice place, convenient and plenty of services. Also very reasonably priced (I got a wax and express facial for $45 with coupon!). My facial was perfectly relaxing and I came away with a silky smooth face. Making an appointment was very easy to do and I recommend it since there is just Anna running the desk and doing the service. I’ll definitely be going back!
