Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI found this Spa on groupon and couldn’t pass up the good deal!Rita was extremely sweet and professional. if you’re looking for a relaxing yet fun environment this is your spot. if you’re looking for factory nails and getting in done in 20 minutes this might not be the place for you. she pays attention to detail and is very thorough. Her spot is clean and makes you feel as if you walked into a glam magazine <3 She also focuses on Diabetic clients which is amazing because that implies she is not rushing and wont cut you. I had my service done at the end of December but would definitely be going back! I found this Spa on groupon and couldn’t pass up the good deal!

Critical: QualityI didn’t have the same experience. The services is mediocre. Came in for a full set with short length tips. Took 2 hours and 10 minutes to complete the set. Nail tech stated she had 18 years of experience noce but couldn’t tell with the services I received. I keep mentioning one hand length is longer than the other, one finger slanted and not even, forget to put gel polished on the thumb, and too much polish on one finger where it’s lumpy. Very sociable but services could have been better. It was too many mistakes as if it was done by an amateur. I’m just not willing to micromanage someone work to have great services. I would like to come in and have it done right without feeling like I have to micromanage their work. This is not what I would call great service.I didn’t have the same experience.
