Critical: Quality, ValueTL;DR: Do not get a pixie cut here.Called and explained I wanted a pixie cut and asked if they had anyone on staff who specialized in short hair. Was told, “everyone here is a professional so yes, they do short hair.” Waited three weeks for an appointment, and when I got there the stylist had not been told I was getting a pixie. She quadruple checked that’s what I wanted and was visibly nervous. To her credit she tried checking in multiple times throughout the process but I was there for 3 hours (also got half highlights) and it was clear that what she had cut was not what I wanted so she offered for me to come in later in the week should I want to tweak anything. Came in the next day saying that I’d like the sides shorter and more of a fade. She tried but ultimately gave up admitting that I should go see someone who specializes in short hair cuts and that she didn’t want to cut any more for fear of messing it up even more. I don’t want to use her name because she was really nice, clearly felt bad, and is otherwise a good stylist. Just annoyed that the shop didn’t give her any warning, or set an appointment with a more experienced stylist after I specifically asked for one who had experience with short hair. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had the worst experience here. No one wore masks and the boss was very rude. The front desk women was abrasive and aggressive and overcharged me for my haircut and balayage. I wouldn’t allow my daughter to go here let anyone a homeless women. Stay clear if you want to save your money and your time.
