From the moment I stepped into Brian’s salon and sat in his chair, a sense of comfort and peace was felt. It was my first time having him cut my hair, although I had known of him when he owned his salon in Boston. He intuitively knew what it was I was looking for from my hair. He has a gift and it comes through in his work. Despite his extensive background in the industry, I never felt judged or intimidated … rather inspired to be more creative and an openness to explore outside my traditional style.

From the moment I book my appointment to my leaving their beautiful space, I am always so impressed with the care, skill and consideration they both take in every step in the process. Brian’s intuitive and holistic approach enables me to feel completely relaxed & comfortable in that I know that I’ll have a cut that both suits my lifestyle and gives me cool girl vibes;-). Sheena feels like an old friend and somehow sees faces and symmetry in a way that results in a perfectly balanced brow without any drama. Overall, I feel beyond lucky to have found Nomadic Goat and feel incredible when I leave. My haircut with Brian was transformative. Before even picking up the scissors, he really took the time to evaluate my hair and listen to what I was looking for. He made a recommendationnot just to achieve my style, but to do it in a way that worked with the texture of my hair. The result was the best haircut I’ve ever had. Critical: ProfessionalismCanceled the contract 3 months before my June wedding on my birthday because the make up artist didn’t like the eye shadows that i emailed her and decided without actually talking to me that i didnt have the right aesthetic for her. Even though i had told her multiple times that i liked what she did.
