Critical: PunctualityI wish I could tell you how the facials were but I’ve called them about four times in the last two months, each during business hours, and never managed to get a hold of them a single time. Today I went to the store to see if maybe their phone number just didn’t work and they weren’t even open, again this is during their posted business hours. I guess I’m going to go to Jiva? I wish I could tell you how the facials were but I’ve called them about four times in the last two months, each during business hours, and never managed to get a hold of them a single time.
