Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am new to the area and this was my first time visiting Noli’s and it was a wonderful experience! I had read that some people do not like how quickly Noli completes his work, so I was a little concerned, however, I have to say, it was the fastest haircut I have ever had, AND, one of the BEST haircuts, as well!!! I am new to the area and this was my first time visiting Noli’s and it was a wonderful experience! I had read that some people do not like how quickly Noli completes his work, so I was a little concerned, however, I have to say, it was the fastest haircut I have ever had, AND, one of the BEST haircuts, as well!!! I am a complete believer now that it isn’t how long it takes to get your hair cut that determines how great of a cut it will be… I look forward to returning and Noli is my new “go to” person… thank you, Noli!!!

The owner of the salon is an absolute delight and master of hair design. I visited as a walk in appointment at the recommendation of a frequent customer of Noli’s whose praise for him is well justified. As a first time client he went above and beyond and even offered — well, insisted on also — toning my hair while I only entered for a quick hair cut. As a complimentary add-on, he did a quick coat of color, and the results , considering the normal ratio of time vs. results when performing a coloring job was absolutely astounding. In a fraction of the time that it normally takes, he brought my hair down multiple levels (anyone who has dyed their hair lighter will understand the work of perfectly bleaching hair and how long it can take in both a home and professional salon setting) in about 10 minutes. Absolutely beautiful salon — the interior design is beautifully executed in a very intentional way to set clients at ease and make you feel at home as soon as you enter. The owner of the salon is an absolute delight and master of hair design. I had just moved to the Rocky Hill area in April and needed a hair cut very badly! I saw Noli’s had great reviews and decided to go! Noli was super nice and welcoming, he cut my hair exactly how I asked him to and had me in and out within a timely manner. I told my boyfriend to go to Noli for a haircut because my experience was great and Noli did his hair perfectly as well! Definitely going back regularly. -Hanya Konior

Critical: QualityI don’t know if I caught the older barber at a bad time, but I could get a better haircut at Great Clips for about $7 cheaper. The job seemed very rushed (done in 8 minutes) and the “fade” was abysmal. I had to cancel my pictures for senior year because it was so bad.
