SO glad I stumbled upon Nolen Nail Spa when I was looking for a salon as a new resident of Nolensville. I received the gel-x full set on my nails and gel polish on my toes with acrylic. Definitely a 5/5 experience here for the quality of the services offered, unparalleled customer service, and atmosphere. The salon was very pretty and clean! It even has a selfie spot. I booked with Tam online because she was the first choice, and the services I received were beyond my expectations. I’m really picky about attention-to-detail when it comes to my nails, so that says a lot! Look no further if you are in the area and looking for a luxury nail salon. If you plan on visiting after my review, please let them know Ebony referred you. 🙂

I originally posted a 5 star because the service was great. I got home after less than 12 passed and really only driving and normal activity and 2 of my nails are already chipped and 5 of my toes are already pealing. My mom came with me and no issues with hers. The people were nice, but I feel like my $100 service should last longer than a day.

After going to this salon every 3 weeks for 2.5 years I will not be going back. The girl at the front desk has always been rude and has terrible customer service skills. The owner Tam spoke poorly to me in front of my 4 y/o daughter and it was extremely inappropriate. I never write bad reviews but after leaving yesterday almost in tears I had to share my experience. All because I was ten minutes late (I called to notify them) when in fact when I showed up ten minutes late my nail tech was still with a customer and I had to wait. I have had to wait upon arrival several times and have never complained because I understand things don’t always follow a perfect timeline. Tam told me they get bad reviews if appointments run late….well how about bad reviews if you treat your loyal customers very poorly? If this is how they treat loyal customers I want nothing to do with this business and will take my loyalty somewhere else.

10/10! My boyfriend and I were a walk-in on a weekday, and I know most salons prefer appointments so I was VERY pleased at how well they accommodated us last minute! We only had to wait about 10 mins to begin our mani/pedis (jelly pedi was fabulous) done by Daisy and Cindy, and I feel like they genuinely cared about the quality of the work— a lot of salons have to rush through the services with walk-ins but we lucked up! All of the staff was so sweet, will definitely be returning.
