I went to do my hair with NYSSA. She evaluated my hair and charge me $100 for just color . I was agreed with the price but when I was about to pay she suddenly charge me $120 I asked why she said because it took me 20 minutes long. I was like that’s not my problem if took you long probably is because you got frustrated drying my hair really the woman was sweating and I saw her face getting angry and frustrated. So basically I had to paid $20 extra because she took her time she doesn’t know how to blowout hair I should charge her for my time she made me waste . Ridiculous. I’ll never come back again . I tip her $18 dollars

Critical: QualityDid a 2x appointment to get bleached and toned. I have no idea what the F happened. There is a whole list of curse words I want to spew at Nola to be honest. Was worried when I saw pieces of my hair fly all over the place getting blow dried, but was told it was just breakage and the top half of some of my hair. Did a 2x appointment to get bleached and toned. I have no idea what the F happened. There is a whole list of curse words I want to spew at Nola to be honest. Was worried when I saw pieces of my hair fly all over the place getting blow dried, but was told it was just breakage and the top half of some of my hair. Jesse is the absolute best. This review is way overdue but if you are someone with fine/thin/curly hair then he is your stylist! He even helped me with cutting and styling bangs. If you’re looking for routine maintenance or completely switching up your look, then I highly suggest scheduling a time with Jesse and stopping by Nola!

They are great people. I’ve been getting my haircut by Brandon for years. Been to other places, but this place they all are much more friendlier than most places. My wife has been going here since they opened their location. Great people, great place for not only haircuts but they also have other services as well. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Jenny between 15 – 18 years! That should speak volumes. She and Brandon exude the type of vibe, professionalism and authenticity that draw people to them. They keep their salon in tip top shape, care about the products they bring on and what impact they make on our environment and have a close eye on the team as a whole. I’ve yet to have a bad experience and appreciate being able to sit down, give a description in my terms of what I’d like for my end result and have Jenny work her magic on my hair. I’ve seen Eunice and Meegan as well and have had great experience with them too.
