Critical: QualityYikes. When I arrived two people were complaining about the quality of work. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt anyway. This was the messiest dip powder I’ve ever received. There is polish on my surrounding skin. When I asked if they could remove it they suggested I go home and wash my hands. Yikes. When I arrived two people were complaining about the quality of work. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt anyway. This was the messiest dip powder I’ve ever received. There is polish on my surrounding skin. When I asked if they could remove it they suggested I go home and wash my hands. No hand massage, no cuticle care. Pedicure was fine. Eh, not a great experience. More people came back to complain while I was there as well.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueNever go to this nail salon!!! I went to my appointment on July the 20th (almost 2 weeks ago). I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was fine, however the manicure was the worst I have ever had and I have been getting manicures for a very long time. The nail technician cut 8/10 of my finger nail beds while cutting my cuticles (which never happens when I manicures). The biggest issue was one of the cuticles that he cut would not stop bleeding (bled for like 20 minutes it hurt SO bad). He put so much alcohol on it making it burn, he put two bandaids on my finger trying to get the bleeding to stop, he squeezed my finger to try to make the bleeding to stop, and lastly he put acrylic glue on the cuticle to try to seal the cut. (See pictures below). Not only did he ruin that one finger cuticle, he did not do a great job on the polish itself. Where other cuticles had been cut, they bled into the polish and you can see the lines of blood in the polish after the manicure was finished. Also there are little hairs in the polish as well that he failed to remove. Also the gel is kind of over my skin as well and not even. I was so upset and when I said something to them at the end (I am guessing management) didn’t care at all and they said I could come back the next day for them to fix it, but how were they going to fix a completely cut up cuticle that was scabbing over? I left so angry and posted a review. They then called me after I posted the review and said they would give me my money back. So I took the review down. However, 13 days later I STILL have not received a refund and so not only am I disappointed and dissatisfied in the manicure and the way the management did not care, they lied to me about refunding me. Never go to this nail salon!!! I went to my appointment on July the 20th (almost 2 weeks ago). I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was fine, however the manicure was the worst I have ever had and I have been getting manicures for a very long time. I have been going to a different salon in Asheville for years, they rush me in and out, usually make my cuticule bleed, leave acrylic under my nails, and the polish messy. NOT THE CASE AT NOIRE. Wonderful experience, took their time to do my nails the RIGHT way, and listened to me! 10/10 I wish I could give them 6 stars. Worth the time and money! I have never had an experience so wonderful. I have been going to a different salon in Asheville for years, they rush me in and out, usually make my cuticule bleed, leave acrylic under my nails, and the polish messy. NOT THE CASE AT NOIRE. Wonderful experience, took their time to do my nails the RIGHT way, and listened to me! 10/10 I wish I could give them 6 stars. Worth the time and money! Thank you all so much!
