If I could give ZERO stars I would. I got my pedi and nails done on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning my gel nail polish was peeling. Tom was the technician that did my service. I called Sunday and the owner spoke to me and scheduled me to come in on Monday at 5:15pm. I explained to him that I need to get my nails fixed asap and I had somewhere to be so I need to be seen at my appointment time. The owner agreed. I came in the next day at 5:15 for my appointment. They made me wait for 30 minutes and people that came in after me were being seen before me. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she told me that the person (the owner) that scheduled my appointment scheduled me for the technician that did my nails prior and they were not scheduled for today. I asked for the manager and he ignored me when I asked how much longer because I have another appointment to get to and if he would have told me that the technician was not working today why would he continue and schedule me for a day he’s not in. The owner kept saying “we will be with you in a few” I asked for a refund because I could not stay and my nails were not fixed. The owner refused after me asking multiple times and kept trying to make me stay. I spent $135.00 on the service that did not last 24 hours. I kept telling the owner that I cannot stay but he refused and did not want me to leave. I have contacted the BBB and have reported this to my bank account. I included pictures of my nails. You can see the progression of the nails polish coming off every time I wash my hands.

I got there a few minutes after they opened and they had some appointments so I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes. All the staff were super nice and professional. HORRIBLE experience. I went in for a gel pedicure and full set but the pedicure took 1.5 hours so I didn’t have any time for the full set. The lady did a really sloppy job. So much that the manager went back and tried to fix them but said they are not fixable and that he needed to remove and start over. I did not have time and don’t live here so coming back wasn’t possible. He wouldn’t discount the service beyond the $10 up charge for the gel. Now I have to go somewhere else, pay another $45 before a wedding in a few days. AVOID IF YOU CAN
