I moved here about a year ago and after looking for a new nail salon, I was so happy to find Noir! It’s clean, professional, the staff is always welcoming and very accommodating. Terry recently joined their team and I’ve been seeing him for my acrylic nails with a design. He has done a great job and I’ve left loving my nails every time. He pays very close attention to detail making sure each nail is perfect and does amazing designs that look exactly how I want every time. He’s also fun to talk to which is a huge plus! I highly recommend him!

I went there on a recommendation from my aunt and cousin. So glad I did. Tina did my nails and she did an amazing job. Not only are they beautiful but she did it surprisingly fast. Both the design and shape came out exactly what I wanted. My cousin also recommended Laura, Thao or Tommy. Nothing but good things about the people who work here! Also, get ready for so many color and design options!

Have been coming here for almost a year and I’m super happy with my nails! Terry and Tina are amazing with acrylic and gel nails, never any lifting! Their nail designs are mini masterpieces! Raquel is amazing at pedicures and her polish application is always perfect! My pedis always last 3-4 weeks with regular polish! Nail designs, Kids’ manicures, Acrylic nails, French manicures, Nail art, Pedicure, Sculpted nails, Nail painting, Nail repair, Gel manicures

Do not go here! They are so rude! They think that they can treat you however they want and speak to you however they want. Very poor customer service. When getting my nails done, I felt nervous to ask them to fix on of them because it wasn’t straight. The vibe in there sucks. You can see how rude the manager is by looking at the responses below to all of the reviews. I don’t understand how people in the Customer Service business speak to their customers like this. There are so many other nail places nearby, just go to one where they treat you nicely. There’s nothing special about this place at all. Disgusted!

If you want to go to a nail salon where THEY DON’T CARE if you are happy than go to Noire! The nail technician working in this salon don’t have any customer service skills. They pretend to be a high end salon, but when it comes down to the actual service I wouldn’t even give it one star. Getting your nails done should be something that makes you feel good and happy when you finish and you should feel satisfied. However if you try to ask them to fix something that you are getting while they are working on your nails they have the nerve to DISRESPECT YOU and talk down to you. I gave my nail technician at this salon top tip every time I came and she constantly disrespected me and TALK DOWN to me as if asking to remove a hair from the polish than is in my nail is something that is not normal. STAY AWAY and go somewhere where they care about you and make you feel happy and satisfied. It’s definitely not Noire! STAY AWAY!

Best service and staff ever!! Tina is amazing! I recently moved about 40 mins away and I still make the trip every two weeks. Prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail allows me to relax and not watch her every move!! lol Very accommodating and she always makes my daughter (5 years old) feel special. I will be a customer for life.
