Booked an appointment and specifically requested services with a male. Upon arrival, David refused to do the pedicure saying he doesn’t provide services to a man. Extremely frustrating since this was clearly discussed and agreed upon when booking the appointment. Complete waste of time and nothing was done to rectify.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, 10/10 would NOT recommend. Communication was horrible. I asked for pink and white ombré-my nails are uneven, bubbled, and too short….now I’ll get to go pay again and get them fixed at a real salon. My receipt says “Max T” did my nails but I wouldn’t know otherwise because he was so rude and said almost nothing to me the entire time he was working on my nails. Not impressed at all…do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I never write bad reviews but I NEED to for this place. I was so excited to get my nails done and relax, and everything was going fine with my pedicure until the man sliced the side of my foot with this metal (almost cheese grater sized) foot file. And my foot was going in and out of this tub of water and just stinging constantly. When I asked for some alcohol to clean it, they poured some on a dirty towel and tried to clean my foot. I’m seriously hoping I don’t get an infection. I understand that these accidents can happen but it’s just how I was treated afterward like it wasn’t a big deal, etc. that I was not happy with. All I got was “I feel bad”. Which I appreciate, but come on.

I’ve been there a few times. The first two times were good I had Le and he gave me a manicure. I went in one day as a walk-in so I did not get Lee and the guy who did my polish change was not great and the very next day I had a chip and a crack in my polish! So three days later I had to fill with Le i’m not sure what happened that day but his work was not great and my polish peeled the same day. Also he charge me five dollars more than last time! Overall the place is not horrible but it’s also hit or miss!

He did a great job overall but didn’t massage my hands.. when I asked about the hand massage, he told me he did. I know he didn’t because I have a sore thumb and was really looking forward to it. Was a bit disappointed when he said that after it cost me $90 for mani (no polish, $20) and pedi (no polish, organic $55) … ($5 for taking off polish on 4 nails)…..

I thought I would give this place a try and become a regular customer. I was a walk in for the first visit; a pedicure. Guy was very rough, lukewarm water, coughing and sneezing on me the entire time. Equipment was NOT taken out of sealed bags and it looked dirty in the tray- I even asked about it. Worked so quickly- nothing was relaxing about the experience. I mean like really rough.
