Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHorrible! The owner did my nails and all he did was sit and try to brag about his nail shop. I showed him 2 different sets I wanted where he down played like the photos I showed are all photo shopped nails and they don’t exist and those nails are actually trash. I went with my grand mother and they did her nails bad and wrong. She had a bunch of acrylic on her skin, which was crazy. I was planning on getting a full set with stones but stopped the owner right there because my nails looked so bad. He spent all his time answering the phone and getting customers checked in so this took over 2 HOURS!! He spent most of that just filing and my nails were very chunky and my thumb felt like something was pulling on it! He kept digging his nail in my skin and tried to play it off like it was the drill and said it hurts because MY NERVES ARE MOVING AROUND?? The owner is extremely delusional and tries to manipulate your idea of how you want YOUR NAILS to look like how HE WANTS THEM TO LOOK LIKE. He was so rough with the drill and the file! He even cut my lifted acrylic on my nails with CRUTICAL CUTTERS! No soak off! So now my nail bed is in pain and he took off my REAL NAIL and had to use a tip!! He was always argumentative of every idea you want with your nails and never apologized for wasting 2 hours of applying acrylic and painting someone nails! Very poor service and job done! I use to like the place but after meeting this nasty and rude owner, I never will again! Try and stay at the front of the establishment than do people nails and can’t do nails! Horrible! The owner did my nails and all he did was sit and try to brag about his nail shop.
