not recommended, this isn’t the first time they messed up on my nails. i showed them a picture of what i wanted and i got the complete opposite. Not to mention the staff are really rude and they are always “too busy”. Me personally i would NOT recommend coming here.

Not usually one for reviews. Over priced, pushy, unkind, horrible customer service, and sub-par work. Expect to be there 2+ hours, regardless of how busy they are or even if you have an appointment. Would recommend ANYWHERE else over Noire. Dip powder, Gel manicures, Manicure, Pedicure

I’ve gone to this nail shop three different times over the course of the year, every single time the lady at the front is EXTREMELY rude and they’re always “too busy” to service you. There are way to many other nail shops in the area to ever walk in this place. Take my advice go somewhere, where quality and customer service matters.

Critical: ValueI honestly am so disappointed, my boyfriend got me an appointment here for Christmas and I was so excited to relax. My basic pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes ($36) because they were trying to create more turnover. Then I wanted acrylics with a gold French tip (that’s it! No special design just a French tip with a gold color instead of white) and she charged me $70. I have never in my life paid $70 for acrylic nails (not gel or dip!!!)That is double the normal price of $45. I understand the importance of paying for what you get, but to double the price ? For a French tip? Guy was so rude it made me uncomfortable/ girl started to wax my eyebrows and burned me so I said I’m leaving, no apologies/ giggling to each other on my walk out. Horrible experience. Gel manicures
