I got a pedicure and manicure. I’ve been here before and it’s always been pleasant. Pedicure was okay. I think the person who did my nails was the owner, and she didn’t do any part of the pedicure or manicure with any sort of effort. Didn’t clean under my nails, etc. whatever I can live with it. But my manicure was really awful. I’ll let the pictures speak for itself. I asked her to use some nail polish remover to clean up the edges a bit and she told me it’ll wash off. Little specks here and there I can live with, but blatantly not filing down well after a gel polish, cleaning under the nail, not filing with any sort of force, my nail feels stuck to my skin & my nail looks bulbous. Won’t be returning. $78 btw after tip. Pedicure wasn’t even gel.

Literally want to give 0 stars if I can. This has by far been THE WORST service I’ve gotten. I paid ($40!) for a pedicure and what I got was just lotion slathered onto my legs with NO cuticles trimmed, absolutely NO filing done and GOOD LORD THE POLISH WAS HORRIBLE (attaching a picture taken AT the salon). The fact that they have the audacity to even charge for this horrible service…!

It was an awful experience. The guy seemed like I was inconveniencing him. My nails were all different lengths and have to tell him to file them, nail polish on my skin, powder hardened on the sides and under my nails and didn’t take the time to file my nails well which caused bumpy nail texture and had to add glitter as there was bubbles in my pink part of my nail. Worse experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for 14 years. Best advice; run far away from this place!

The place was really clean but my nails turned out awful. I chose a white color for my nails and toes. After they applied the dip powder on, they then told me they didn’t have the color for my toes so I had to pick something else out. The dip was done extremely thick. After a few days the polish on my toe nails began to separate. Then after about a week, the white dip on my nails started to yellow and then the top gel coat started to peel off. Overall awful quality and will never return.

I came in panicked after a brutally failed at home diy on my own nails. Justin was incredibly helpful and attentive. He quickly came to my rescue and was very sweet in reassuring me it would be okay and just to relax. He was extremely meticulous and did amazing on my nails. Don’t come here if you want dip or a full set acrylic here. Nothing but older nail techs that don’t speak good English that do the dip or full sets and it wasn’t a very good job the times I tried. The nails techs aren’t very good at the complicated work. The pedicures are rushed and I kept telling the female tech some things and she didn’t understand me because she doesn’t speak English. Don’t waste your money here. Overpriced for such bad work and rushed service when it’s not even busy. Avoid at all costs!

You almost always need an appointment to get in here. The selection of colors has greatly decreased. Love the modern look and feel. This nail tech was brutally heavy handed and rushed. The other times have been amazing.

Very clean and comfortable. The manager always been helpful with all the services but I hope they serving wine soon !!!! Recommended !!
