Love love love the team at Noire the Nail Bar Bonita. Ruby, the manager, runs a tight ship and is fantastic coordinating her staff. Milou is my nail tech and she does a fabulous job on my pink sparkle and white dip nails and my pedicures. The entire team is very friendly and will chat with you if you’d like or let you drift off into your relaxation zone. The salon is impeccably clean; I love the fact that you have to wash your hands before you take your seat. I would always recommend calling in advance for your appointment- sometimes you can squeeze in, but it’s less stressful on everyone just to plan a little- I’ve called Saturday morning and book time in the afternoon. However, always book a few days in advance during season to be safe. If you need a salon, I highly recommend!!

A Great place! Special kudos to its manager, Ruby. I simply do not see how she does it! She is fielding questions from her staff, answering the phone & making appts (that phone rings continuously) while taking on a steady stream of customers herself. She still manages to get me out on time! Now there’s a woman in serious need of a raise:) I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

My first pedicure was fair then someone referred me to Phill so I made an appointment. When I arrived I said I’m here to see phill my name is Brian. They said oh he doesn’t do mens pedicures. I said why wasn’t I told that on the phone.. They said we didn’t know if you were a boy or a girl… Really??

Can’t get an appointment with your favorite tech? You will be passed on to Ruby’s family, while your Technician sits idle with all her clients stolen from her. The poor quality of the the other techs, Ruby’s family and friends have destroyed her business. They rush clients through with a tremendous lack of quality. Poor quality, lack of client care, and unethical steering of clients from popular professional techs who are not family has seen Noire’s business dwindle. The 3 best techs have left to another salon in Naples. If your techs are gone you can easily find them. If you care to stay, you must complain immediately if you are not satisfied. They only care about numbers and rush you through with little attention to quality. Complain and have them fix the issue immediately! A lot of great reviews for Noire in the last year. Well here’s news! Those great techs are no longer there!!! Get prepared to be treated like cattle.
