Had a gel manicure and a pedicure and was really happy with both. I have atrocious cuticles and they were very thorough about the manicure process. Also, hugely important, they SOAK off powder dip and gel and do NOT file. They didn’t rush me, despite being fairly busy. Jenni did a fantastic job and I’ll be back.

I had a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was okay. The problem started with the dip manicure. He wanted to start by placing acrylic nails. I said, I don’t want that just natural length-he seemed frustrated. I had to request to have cuticles trimmed. ( that has been done with every manicure I’ve had. Once he dipped a couple of nails I could see it wasn’t the color I requested. He told me it was shades and it was as close as he could get to my pedicure. I held it to my pedicure- not even close. I said I don’t want this. He brought me the color charts. While I was looking he started speaking angry Vietnamese to a co-worker while looking at me. It was obvious he was talking about me. I came close to just saying forget it and leave. But I really wanted a manicure and had planned the time. I was very anxious by the time I left. It is expensive but worth it when done correctly. It has been 10 days and already chipping. I realize this is a rich country problem, but like I said expensive.

I just finished up getting a pedicure. I am waiting for my nails to dry and couldn’t wait to leave this review. If I could leave stars higher than 5, I would. This is by far THE BEST pedicure I have ever had. I chose number 3 on their pedicure options and it was amazing to say the least. Tom was my pedicurist & I recommend him to anyone looking for a pedicure worth the money!! He was extremely kind and made sure I was pleased through out the whole thing. THANK YOU SO MUCH TOM! I will definitely be back!

Just don’t get French nails… the shaping was sloppy, my cuticles are uneven and the topcoat has bubbles and the white tips are wonky. I was at that salon with my sister and was left at the table, didn’t get any cuticle oil. Another customer came in unhappy and was redone, but after an hour I didn’t feel like trying my luck with another tech. Not satisfied at all…

It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten my nails done and actually loved them! I walked in and they got me seated immediately! The woman who did my nails was so friendly and did my nails exactly how I asked her to do them! I will definitely be going back again in two weeks!! I highly recommend this place.
